Town of Cortlandt – Per Diem
Must be a New York State Licensed MSW, have experience with geriatric population, knowledge of senior programs & services, Excel computer skills, and a valid Driver’s License in order to complete home assessments and familiar with Westchester County funded programs.
Hours vary based on need.
