TOWN BOARD WORK SESSION AGENDA: October 27, 2025

The Cortlandt Town Board will hold a Town Board Work Session, Monday, October 27, 2025 at 6:00pm, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor in the Nyberg Meeting Room. The meeting is open to the public.

The agenda will include:

2.    6:30 – 7:00 p.m.   Cell Phone Tower Discussion – Vincent Xavier, Regional Mgr. Homeland Towers
3.    7:00 – 7:30 p.m.   Engineering Department Updates – Michael Preziosi, Dir. of D.O.T.S. 
4.    7:30 – 8:00 p.m.  2026 Proposed Budget Update – Ann Scaglione, Town Comptroller
5.    Executive Session for Personnel and Real Estate Matters
