TOWN BOARD ISSUES ONLY WORK SESSION AGENDA: October 26, 2026

The Cortlandt Town Board will hold a Town Board Work Session, Monday, October 26, 2026 at 6:00pm, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor in the Nyberg Meeting Room. The meeting is open to the public.

The agenda will include:

  1. E-Bike Issues and Laws – P.O Matt Wirth, Westchester County Community Resource Officer, Cortlandt Precinct; Sgt. F.W. Rush, New York State Police Cortlandt Station Commander
  2. D.E.S. Vehicle Discussion - Chris Gross, Director; Brian McIntyre, Working Superintendent; Ivan Ward, Foreman and Lead Mechanic.
  3. Review any other topic as discussed by Town Board
  4. Executive Session if needed
