Nor-West Regional Special Services is seeking a Part-time Office Assistant.

Approximately 10 hours a week
Three years of office experience. Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Word a must). Background in bookkeeping/accounting strongly preferred. Medicaid Billing and familiarity with OPWDD and Waiver services a plus!
Candidate will:
- Answer incoming and initiate outgoing phone calls.
- Enter monthly billing for services in e-paces.
- Submit required financial reports to the Town of Cortlandt’s Comptroller’s office.
- Prepare and submit monthly unit cost/reimbursement reports to outside providers.
- Prepare purchase and claim vouchers as needed.
- Copying, collating, filing of necessary paperwork.
- Maintain registration database and payments/refunds.
- Prepare bank deposits as needed.
- All applicants are subject to pre-employment background checks through NYS.
