TOWN BOARD WORK SESSION AGENDA: May 4, 2026

The Cortlandt Town Board will hold a Town Board Work Session, Monday, May 4, 2026 at 6:00pm, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor in the Nyberg Meeting Room. The meeting is open to the public.

The agenda will include:

1. 6:00pm - Paving Discussion – Michael Preziosi, Dir. of DOTS
2. 6:30pm – Planning Discussion re: Omnibus Zoning Text Amendments –

Chris Kehoe, Dir. Planning and Community Development and Heather LaVarnway, Town Planner

3. 7:00pm - Review DRAFT Agenda for May 12, 2026 Town Board Meeting 
4. Review any other topic as discussed by Town Board
5. Executive Session if needed
