TOWN BOARD WORK SESSION AGENDA- October 19, 2026 

The Cortlandt Town Board will hold a Town Board Work Session, Monday, October 19, 2026 at 6:00pm, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor in the Nyberg Meeting Room. The meeting is open to the public.

The agenda will include:

1.    Evergreen Manor project site application of VS Construction Corp. 
Re: construction of 96 townhomes located within the Medical Oriented District on property at 2003 Crompond Road. Discussion of SEQRA for evaluation of environmental impacts. 
2.    Review Agenda for October 20, 2026 Town Board Meeting  
3.    Review any other topic as discussed by Town Board
