• It is important to note that as of June 1, 2024, hard copy Property Record Cards ("PRCs") will no longer be updated/uploaded to GIS.  The PRCs hosted on the parcels herein (as well as on the Town's GIS) are now considered static/historic.
• The most current property information is contained in this portal and is to be considered the "property record card." 
• Owner information and mailing addresses are updated regularly.  
• Going forward, changes to a sketch will be uploaded as a digitized sketch.  Not all parcels will have a digitized sketch.  The sketch on the historic property record card (link in the portal) is considered current until updated by a digitized sketch.
• Property inventory will be added to a parcel as parcels are updated/reviewed for various reasons. At this time, most parcels do not have inventory on the portal (or on the property record card) such as style, bedroom /bathroom count etc.
• If you wish to print a property card with any of updated information on the portal, you can press the [Res PRC] button in the middle left of the screen.
