The Town is pleased to announce the Broadway Overlook Park in Verplanck will be restored as part of honoring the 250th Anniversary of the United States of America.

The Town has awarded this contract to A-Tech Concrete Co. who will work daily (Monday – Friday) between the house of 7:30AM – 4:00PM. It is anticipated that all work will be completed by mid-late June 2026.

In general, this work includes, but is not limited to, removing stamped asphalt, removal and installation of concrete sidewalk, placing decorative concrete, painting, and miscellaneous site and construction work as shown on the construction drawings.

Construction Safety is a top priority. We ask that residents be mindful of all workers and abide by all posted signage and instructions of onsite flaggers and personnel.
