Special Town Board Meeting AGENDA

The Cortlandt Town Board will hold a special Town Board Meeting on Monday, December 1 at 6pm, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor in the Nyberg Meeting Room. The meeting is open to the public.

The purpose of the meeting is to adopt the 2026 proposed budget.

Town Board Work Session AGENDA

The Town Board Work Session will be held immediately following the Town Board Meeting.

The agenda will include:

• Discussion of CIP (Capital Improvement Program) – Michael Preziosi, Dir. D.O.T.S.
• Review December 9, 2025 Town Board DRAFT Agenda
• Review any other topic as discussed by Town Board
• Executive Session for Legal or Personnel Discussion
