Weather/Storm Update
We currently have approximately 260 residents without power as of 3:00 this afternoon. DES staff has removed and cleared all trees from the roadways that was our responsibility. We are awaiting Con-Edison tree crews for the following 4 locations to clear the area for our Town staff to work:
- 281 Croton Avenue near the firehouse, tree in wires and road closed.
- Baron De Hirsh at Townsend, tree in wires.
- 85 Teatown road, tree in wires and road closed.
- 1085 Quaker Bridge road east, tree in wires and road closed. (Con-Edison and tree crew are on site.)
Please report any outages to Con Edison at 1-800-75CONED, especially if those around you have had their power restored.
