Capping off the year with a long list of achievements! Here's to finishing 2025 strong and dreaming even bigger for 2026. This year, Supervisor Dr. Richard Becker and his team introduced the Cortlandt311 mobile app which places Town Hall at your fingertips! This mobile app connects our residents directly to all town departments. It makes reporting quicker and easier. Cortlandt311 is available on Google Play and App Store for free.

The Town of Cortlandt created two new events for our community. In May, the Recreation Department coordinated the first ever Town-wide Yard/Tag Sale at the Cortlandt Waterfront Park in Verplanck. It didn't end there; the "Festival of Makers" -a juried craft fair hosted by Hops on Hudson/Hudson River Phoenix-- also sited at the Cortlandt Waterfront Park. Both these events brought out crowds of people in and out of Cortlandt.

Furthermore, Supervisor Dr. Becker and the Town Board attended many ribbon cutting for local businesses in Cortlandt including WingStop, Floor & Decor and Mary's Ice Cream Shop at the Buchanan Circle.  We are looking forward to making more memories in 2026 with our Cortlandt families and friends! Cheers to health, happiness, and prosperity in 2026! In observance of the holiday, Town Hall offices will be closed Thursday, January 1. Regular hours will resume Friday, January 2, 2026.
